Due to the perishable and regulated nature of our artisanal spirits and food products, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Please examine your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or missing items.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice a problem, take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as evidence for our insurance claims.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation gathered in the previous step.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
